Paul McCartney of the Beatles is set to play a concert in Israel 40 years after the country banned a performance by the Beatles because the country though the Beatles would corrupt Israeli youth. The concert is planned for September 25, 2008 and tickets are on sale now.
Paul McCartney, the legendary musician and song writer, has announced plans for a free concert to be held in Quebec, Canada to help celebrate the city’s 400th Anniversary. If the set-list is anything like the set from Paul’s recent free Ukrainian concert, Paul will play 20+ Beatles songs as well as his own solo work and work with Wings.
